RELECTIONS
There have been some amazing photos of sunsets and sunrises on social media recently - with some stunning reflections shown in the water and sea. Where I live on the south east coast of England the sunsets over the backdrop of the sea have been truly spectacular. The tide going out and leaving a shimmering sheet of water makes for wonderful reflections. The colours have been gorgeous - reds, oranges blues and purples. The cloud formations appear to lay low as well which adds to the atmospheric feel. All doubled with them showing in the watery sand. How lucky we are to be able to see these late afternoon. At this time of year the sun sets at such a relatively early time it is nice to be able to catch it.
Since walking along the shoreline to Pevensey I have discovered a lovely rather empty beach. The views here are stunning too. There is a certain rawness about this area, there is hardly any signs of life - except the odd dog walker, rambler or hardy fisherman.
There are a collection of houses along this pebbly path that I don't mind saying I am envious of. Lovely big houses with huge windows the size of the wall that look out directly onto the beach and sea and beyond. Imagine having the rawness of the sea literally on your doorstep - waking up and going to sleep with it.
The shoreline along their produces many objects that are brought to shore. I enjoy looking to see what wonders there are each walk.
I love finding different shaped stones - and then making them into other things. It can be fun with your family trying to search for unusual shaped pebbles - or even normal shaped stones and then transform them into something else. You could even have a mini competition between a few of you to see who comes up with the best sculpture!
Pretty Primroses
These beautiful little flowers are synonymous with spring however with our lovely warm for the time of the year weather, they are aplenty at the moment. They are like a little ray of light that blooms bright into your room or garden. They are versatile that they can be planted in the garden, or window box or tub and can lift the dullest of gardens. They provide a delightful burst of colour at just the right time.

I happened upon this funny shaped stone and immediately thought of food - pizza. A few brushes of paint and transformed into a slice of pizza!
Or this photo below of a rather friendly looking house! Let your imagination run wild and have fun!

Equally they go very well on the windowsill or mantelpiece of your home. A lovely piece of nature brought in to liven things up!
